Responsabilités
- Communicate with customers to obtain information that will help to understand needs and qualify requests
- Proceed to the estimation of service requests and offers
- Manage customer needs, expectations, and timelines throughout the estimation process
- Manage priorities in relation to the receipt of new requests, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Regularly participate in sales/estimate meetings with the manager to determine actions and strategies
- Organize and attend estimated and won project start-up meetings with clients and project managers to ensure quality in the handover of the various files
