Infrastructure Manager

Tasks
As an Infrastructure Manager, your main mandate will be to primarily handle operations related to property management and the maintenance of Excelpro’s various corporate sites. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the optimal maintenance of buildings and other assets under your charge in terms of managing and planning works, work costs, and prioritization of tasks;
- Identifying potential improvement projects related to asset management and participating in the development of the annual maintenance and capital expenditure budget;
- Receiving, planning, and, when necessary, executing internal requests based on the nature of the required work;
- Managing maintenance contracts for various operation sites;
- Creating a network of suppliers and subcontractors for various tasks;
- Supervising maintenance staff and assigning priorities;
- Developing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs and specifications attached to supplier contracts;
- Supervising maintenance work carried out by subcontractors or internal staff;
- Controlling maintenance costs;
- Participating in the condominium association;
- Having the ability to travel to our various business sites;
- Performing all other related tasks.
Requirements
- A college diploma or a professional diploma in infrastructure management, a technical discipline or have a combination of relevant experience and equivalent training;
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure management, maintenance, or a similar position;
- Hold a valid driver's license;
- Be autonomous, show initiative, and have good priority management;
- Be organized and have a sense of both short-term and long-term planning;
- Be able to structure and implement maintenance programs (procedures, maintenance plans, investment plans, etc.);
- Maintain good interpersonal relationships;
- Be proficient in written and oral communications;
- Have good skills with the MS Office suite.
