The Excelpro Group acquires 50% of the shares of civil engineering contractor Construction Polaris CMM Inc.

Excelpro is purchasing 50% of the shares of Construction Polaris CMM Inc. The other half of the company remains owned by Inter-Cité Construction, a member of the Riverin Group, marking a strategic partnership between two major players in Quebec.
Construction Polaris CMM Inc., a construction contractor specializing in civil engineering with a strong presence in the mining sector, is undergoing a major transformation. This transaction will enable it to continue its development and benefit from Excelpro’s industrial expertise.

The Excelpro Group is thus adding civil engineering expertise to its overall offering.
